A system of self-discovery
The enneagram is a beautiful system for self-discovery. It is both ancient (about 2500 years old, informing most major faith traditions and written into ancient books like Homer's odyssey and Dante’s inferno) and being used increasingly widely contemporarily.
People tend to arrive at coaching with an issue. The enneagram can be useful in understanding the issue in a new way, and providing insight into deeply held fears and motivations that result in the issue. The enneagram can guide you to the competency needed to overcome your issue, and provides the highest impact areas for inner growth.
How do I find out which 'type' I am?
You can use books to explore, fill in an online questionnaire or have a typing interview. I offer an hour-long typing interview to help guide you to your most likely type and subtype.
